A Laventille man, who had been arrest in the past for gun and drug offences, was shot dead on Sunday night close to his home.
The dead man was identified as Steven Parks, 23, of Mango Alley, around 7.30 pm.
Police said Parks went by the alias “Grey White” and was believed to have been killed for gang related activities.
The latest murder has taken the toll to 356 for the year.
