Planning Minister Camille Robinson-Regis says she has nothing further to say on suggestions that she failed to follow all the steps in connection with a cash deposit she made at First Citizens Bank.

On Friday, Attorney General Faris Al-Rawi said an internal investigation led by Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley had cleared Robinson-Regis of wrongdoing in connection with a $93,000 bank deposit.

He made the announcement during a media conference at Parliament.

Earlier this month, Robinson-Regis called a hasty press conference to discuss what she considered a breach of confidentiality by the bank in divulging information regarding her deposits, after she was questioned by a reporter on the matter.

Al-Rawi said the internal probe had seen satisfactory answers for all the questions raised.

Al-Rawi said the documents from that probe will be made available to the Integrity Commission, so that it too can look into the matter.

Asked whether the Prime Minister had interviewed her during this probe, Robinson-Regis firmly said she had nothing further to say.

The matter has been referred to the Integrity Commission by Opposition Senator Wayne Sturge.
